The village location is wonderful and everyone is so friendly. The apartment was very quaint and quiet with all facilities that were required. We felt welcomed by the villagers immediately and lucky enough to be there during a local wedding. I am already planning to go back to stay with my husband. It was a little gem.
Although the staff were friendly they were a little vague about dirrections to the Reception and we wandered around for ages trying to find it as there is a distinct lack of signs. Although the kichen, shower and toilet areas were clean, the apartment was a little dusty probably due to age but if they had a broom and dustpan etc you could give it a sweep in between the cleaners coming in.

Very friendly staff, got in touch as soon as booking was made to ask arrival details, give directions etc. Always welcoming & helpful when we were there too. Very nice village location. Quiet (except for Easter celebration bangers!) and with just enough facilities/options. Good food, at breakfast and in the evenings, with a lovely panoramic view. Really lovely little apartments & houses. Beautifully restored, with all the basics and quality where it counts - ie good beds & showers. Easy links to massage & horseriding a plus too
Not a negative, but you need to be able for the steps & slopes walking up to the reception/restaurant, and/or narrow, twisty driving in the village. The location of the different houses relative to the main building could be clearer - a photo of the map given in each house would do
